Requirements to Join IMPERIUM ACADEMY
- Passion for Education: A genuine desire to teach, mentor, and make learning accessible to all.
- Commitment: Willingness to dedicate a few hours each week to training, teaching, or mentoring.
- Experience: Prior teaching or mentoring experience is appreciated, but not mandatory. We offer orientation sessions for all volunteers.
- Communication: Ability to explain topics clearly, empathetically, and interactively.
